KIT YOURSMILEDIRECT DA CASA

È possibile restituire il kit per le impronte a Your Smile Direct entro e non oltre 14 giorni dal ricevimento dell'ordine.

Si prega di notare che gli articoli devono essere restituiti entro questo periodo di tempo solo ed esclusivamente in ottime condizioni.

Ciò significa restituire l'articolo nella sua condizione originale, sigillato, inutilizzato e nella sua confezione originale.

Per motivi legali, i prodotti cosmetici possono essere restituiti solo se tutti i sigilli e gli imballaggi sono intatti.

Una volta ricevuto il kit per le impronte a casa, considereremo le condizioni della merce restituita prima di autorizzare il rimborso.

Questa valutazione può generalmente richiedere 3-5 giorni lavorativi al momento del ricevimento nei nostri uffici, ma ti preghiamo di capire che questo può richiedere più tempo durante le chiusure degli uffici a causa dei periodi di ferie.

SMILE CLINIC APPOINTMENT

If you are unable to attend your appointment at one of our Smile Clinics, please let us know within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

You can call us on 02 82 95 1835 during business hours and re-schedule or cancel the appointment. If the appointment is missed or if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged the full price of the scan.

INVISIBLE ALIGNERS

Aligners are a medical custom-made device so once your personal treatment is signed and payment is received we cannot offer a refund as they are exempt from a cooling off period.

RETURNS PROCESS

PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW WHEN RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE:

– Pack your items in the original packaging.

– Include all original packing materials and manuals.

– Please let us know you’re planning to return your Home Smile Kit by emailing [email protected] with your full name, phone number and email address.

– Send to: 2nd Floor, Maple House, 26 Kilmacud Road, Stillorgan, Dublin

– Please send via trackable service for proof of delivery.

RECEIVING REFUNDS

Once we have received your returned item and it has been processed, you'll receive an email to let you know that your refund has been issued. This will be reflected on your credit card statement within 5 to 10 days of the return being processed, depending on your financial institution.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a product that is faulty and wish to receive a new item, please call our team on 02 82 95 1835 and this will be processed for you.
