RETURNS POLICY

EVALUATION KIT

Getting your perfect smile is risk free with us! If one of our licensed orthodontist team deem you unsuitable for treatment with us we will refund you your evaluation kit in full.

We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a scanning appointment in one of our Smile clinics.

Give us a call on 0880 303 0447 during working hours to change or reschedule an appointment. If you miss an appointment or are 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment we will charge you the full amount of the scan.

INVISIBLE ALIGNERS

Your customised invisible aligners can be returned at any time during treatment if they have not been used and are in original packaging. We will refund you the prorated amount of any unused aligners from your total purchase price. You are solely responsible for shipping and postage charges when returning your invisible aligners.

RETURNS PROCESS

PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW WHEN RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE:

– Pack your items in the original packaging.

– Include all original packing materials and manuals.

– Please let us know you’re planning to return your aligners by emailing [email protected] with your full name, phone number and email address.

– Send to: 2nd Floor, Maple House, 26 Kilmacud Road, Stillorgan, Dublin

– Please send via trackable service for proof of delivery.

RECEIVING REFUNDS

Once we receive and process your return, we’ll email you to let you know your refund has been issued. You’ll typically see your refund on your bank statement within 5 to 10 days of processing.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you received a faulty product and need to return it for the same item, please call one of our customer care team on 0880 303 0447 to request a replacement.
